Click on Recipes under FREE. This database includes the following categories: Beans, Beverages, Make-Ahead Meals, Fruit, Grains, Salads, Vegetables, Cooking Demo, Breakfast, Desserts, Soups, Holiday Snacks, Lunch and Light Dinners, Quick Meals-30 minutes.

All recipes are well within the 2005 Dietary Guidelines for Americans. They are low in fat, saturated fat, sodium and cholesterol. The majority are excellent sources of fiber and are based on fruits, vegetables, beans and whole grains. This database will help professionals encourage individuals to consume more fruits, vegetables and whole grain foods that are nutrient dense and in food groups to encourage. Furthermore, many of the recipes can be prepared quick in 30 minutes or less.
